Bring a leash or a secure carrier for the trip to the salon. Bring vaccination records if this is your pet's first visit. Arrive a few minutes early so we can talk through the coat and any concerns. Avoid a large meal right before grooming, especially for cats. Bring skin or medication notes that could affect the groom.
